All discussions and updates about the commission will be handled via Discord.
Kindly provide neat and clear references. I am not paid to organize your unorganized references.
Please note that I will also be drawing other things for personal refreshment purposes, but I will ensure this does not interfere with the commission work process.
I reserve the right to refuse your order if it doesn't align with my art style or if I'm not comfortable with it. Please refer below for the guidelines (Do's/Don'ts) as well.
No Refund.
Minor revision max. 3 times. No major revision. Please make sure your descriptions and references are clear
I will work on the sketch first. Once the sketch is complete, I will show it to you to see if any minor revisions are needed before proceeding to the rendering step.
No Deadline. Please kindly allow me to finish the commission between 2 - 6 weeks working days and depending on the queue. I will notify the commissioner in case any issue happens during the working process
I do not accept rush fee.
The final artwork will be provided in a custom canvas size (350 dpi .jpg and .png) and sent via e-mail.
I own full rights to the original artworks and I have the right to use the finished artworks as my portfolio or commission sample.
Please do not claim the artwork as your own, edit it, or remove my signature/watermark. This helps protect the artwork's originality and my intellectual property.
If you plan to share the commissioned works on Twitter/X or any other platforms, please credit @twilightunison or @soireterna (or both).
Clients are not permitted to use the commissioned work for AI training or anything related. I strongly oppose this practice.
