By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing a request.
GENERAL TERMS
For personal use only.
AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My artwork may not be used for AI training, AI datasets, AI image generation, machine learning, NFTs, blockchain-related projects, or any similar technologies.
I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission request that falls outside my skill set, artistic preferences, or personal comfort level.
All commission discussions, updates, and progress checks are preferably handled through Discord for easier communication and record-keeping.
Kindly provide neat and clear references. I am not paid to organize your scattered references.
References may be submitted either when placing your order or later when I notify you that your commission is about to begin.
Commissions are not processed on a first-come, first-served basis. I may prioritize smaller or less time-intensive commissions to maintain a balanced workflow. Every accepted commission will be completed according to the agreed terms.
Please note that I may work on personal projects alongside commission work. This will not affect the completion of accepted commissions. Should any unforeseen circumstances or real-life emergencies cause delays, I will notify affected clients as soon as possible.
You are purchasing artwork in my own art style. I will not replicate another artist's style or heavily alter my own style to imitate someone else's work. I respect the intellectual property of my fellow artists.
Please review my commission guidelines before ordering (including Do's/Don'ts). I reserve the right to refuse any request that does not align with my artistic style, content guidelines, or personal boundaries.
I have the portfolio rights. Unless the commission has been discussed as private beforehand, I reserve the right to display the finished artwork in my portfolio, galleries, or social media for promotional purposes.

※ In addition to the information above, I will not be accepting any request involving yume with Leo Tsukinaga, Izumi Sena x Leo Tsukinaga (Izlo/IzuLeo and/or switched), and Knights x Anzu CP from Ensemble Stars for specific reasons.
※ I can make an exception, provided that I simplify the details as needed and in line with the art style I’m capable of.
COMMISSION WORKFLOW
Reference submission from client.
Discussion. I will review your request and discuss the commission details with you before confirming whether I can accept the project.
Upfront payment. An invoice will be issued after the commission is accepted. Full-rendered illustration: Down Payment (DP) or Full Payment (FP) is accepted. Colored sketch illustrations: Full Payment (FP) is required before work begins.
Rough sketch. Feedback is accepted at this stage, including minor revision.
Clean sketch. Rough sketch refined. Feedback is accepted at this stage, including minor revision.
Base. The illustration is in the general coloring stage and is prepared for rendering.Please note that the colors shown at this stage are not the final result. Minor revisions are still accepted.
Rendering. The client may provide feedback. Minor revisions are only accepted for small adjustments or to correct details that may have been overlooked from the provided references (e.g., color saturation, brightness/value, or small accessories). Requests that significantly change the overall composition or require major reworking will not be accepted.
Completion (Pending Delivery). Commission finished. I will notify the client before delivery. If the remaining payment has not been completed, the final payment must be made before the result is delivered. If additional revision fees or other charges were incurred during the process, an updated invoice will be issued before delivery.
Delivery.The completed commission will be delivered via a download link. Please confirm that the files have been received correctly and are not corrupted. The download link will remain available for one month after delivery. Please make sure to download and back up your files within this period, as the link will be permanently removed afterward.
NOTICE FOR THE COMMISSION WORKFLOW
Clients may cancel their commission only if I have not yet sent the sketch progress.
Once the commission has reached the sketch stage, cancellations and refunds are no longer available.
Completed commissions will only be delivered after full payment has been received.
In the event of unforeseen personal circumstances that prevent me from completing the commission, refunds may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
REVISION
Up to 3 minor revisions are included throughout the entire process.
Any additional revisions beyond the included limit will incur an extra fee starting from USD $10 / IDR 50k depending on the complexity.
Major revisions are not accepted.
Once the sketch has been approved, only minor edits will be accepted unless the revision is needed to correct an error on my part. Any mistakes made by me will always be fixed free of charge.
Revision Guidelines
※ Minor Revisions: Small adjustments that do not significantly affect the overall composition, such as color corrections, adding or refining small details, or other minor fixes.
※ Major Revisions: Changes that substantially alter the artwork, including pose changes, overall color mood or atmosphere, composition adjustments, or any other revision that requires significant reworking of the illustration.
TURNAROUND TIME
No deadline / rush orders.
Please allow approximately 1–3 months from sketch approval for the commission to be completed, depending on my current queue.
If any unexpected delays occur during the process, I will inform you as soon as possible.
I do not accept rush fees or expedited requests.
Communication is important. I will provide updates before moving on to the next step. Regarding the delivery of the final artwork, if I do not receive any response within one week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.
COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
I retain full copyright and ownership of every commissioned artwork. Purchasing a commission grants you a license to use the commissioned art following the terms. It does not transfer copyright or ownership. I reserve the right to display completed commissions in my portfolio, galleries, website, and social media as commission samples or for self-promotion.
CLIENT USAGE RIGHTS

- Use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Upload the artwork to your personal social media accounts with proper credit (appreciated, but not mandatory unless otherwise agreed).
- Print the artwork for your own personal enjoyment.
- Use the artwork as wallpapers, profile pictures, icons, or other personal-use assets.YOU MAY NOT
- Use the artwork for any commercial purpose without my prior written permission.
- Sell, redistribute, sublicense, or profit from the artwork in any form.
Mint, tokenize, or use the artwork for NFTs, blockchain projects, AI training, AI datasets, machine learning, image-generation models, or similar technologies.
- Claim the artwork as your own creation.
- Remove, alter, or obscure my signature or watermark without permission.
- Edit, trace, heavily modify, or manipulate the artwork in a way that misrepresents my work or harms my reputation.
- Use personal-use commissions for merchandise, branding, streaming assets, advertisements, monetized content, or other commercial projects without purchasing the appropriate commercial usage rights.
BLACKLIST POLICY
Clients who intentionally violate these Terms of Service (including but not limited to chargeback fraud, unauthorized commercial use, art theft, AI/NFT usage, harassment, or repeated misconduct) may be permanently blacklisted from future commissions.In serious cases, I reserve the right to publicly document the violation with supporting evidence and, when appropriate, share the information with other artists to help protect the community.
FINAL AGREEMENT
By placing a commission request to me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the Terms of Service outlined above.

The default canvas size is 20 × 16 cm (5:4 ratio) at 350 DPI. Custom canvas sizes are available upon request and may affect the final price.

All commissions are delivered digitally only. No physical products will be produced or shipped.

Since the focus is on the painterly look, some details may be simplified or interpreted more loosely.If you’re looking for highly precise color matching or very detail-focused rendering, my painting style may not be the best fit for your request!

IMPORTANT NOTES
Please note this option includes a clean sketch with base colors and a simple finish. You may choose between a softer look (simple gradient shading) or a bolder look (rough cell shading).I also use color adjustment tools such as gradation maps and other filters to create a cohesive mood, so the final colors may vary slightly from the provided references. If exact color accuracy is very important for your commission, this option may not be the most suitable choice. TIA!
ADDS
The base price does not include platform tax/fee
Up to 5 characters per canvas.
Adding details like ornaments and complex designs/outfits gets charged for all commission types, started from USD $5/50k (can be discussed later)
The base price already included plain/simple background (flat color, gradation, simple floral from brush assets, or shapes/pattern, etc). A bit complicated background can be discussed later.
Prices and working time may change depending on complexity and other things.
